Our Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years professional, paid Newborn Care Specialist experience

  • 3 Childcare References & 2 Personal or Professional References

  • Must be 19 or older

  • Must be a resident of the New York City Metro area

  • High School Diploma (4-Year College Degree or Child Development/Psychology-Related Coursework Preferred) or Equivalent Experience

  • Newborn Care Specialist Certification or Equivalent Experience

  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19

  • Legal to work in the U.S.

  • Proficient in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)

  • Clean Criminal Record

  • CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to complete Certification at own expense)

  • Fully Comfortable being Legally Employed (W2) and Paid via Payroll

  • Non-Smoker

  • Complete Childcare Resume
